Velour and nylon scrunchie style hair bands that have a decorative rhinestone brooch. The bands mostly come in black but there are also brown, burgundy, green, and purple. The color band's brooch are gold mount with matching color gemstones in a floral pattern. The black nylon band's brooch is gold with 3-4 gemstones in the same colors as the colored bands. The black velour band's brooch are garden floral and insect in silver mount with clear rhinestones. The bands are 1 1/4" wide and the brooches vary in size. They come on a hang tag with UPC code.
